Instead he will pass it to me through his open passenger side window. I had surgery, I asked him to bring it to the door or to at least bring it part way, because I was not supposed to be moving, let alone lifting. However he adamantly refused. The Golden China in the Silver Spring area however is 100% different, they are fast, kind, respectful, and their general taos wings are large. My boyfriend and I recently moved out here and I was excited to find there was a Golden China so close. As I have laid out I am thoroughly disappointed! I have had repeated bad experiences! I ordered a combo, when I checked my order and saw the fries were missing I called back and informed them. I was told that I wasn't charged for the fries. I said that is not was not the order that you quoted back to me though, so since I ordered a combo, you quoted my order back correctly, and gave me a price based on that I would like my fries. She said okay the driver will be right back, he never came, I never received a call. Now today here I am again with another issue. It took more than an hour and a half to receive my order, when per my GPS I am 4 minutes away.

I live literally 3 minutes away from you all and it took a whole hour to get my food.. then on top of that when you did arrive your driver was very unprofessional. He did not even bring my food to the door and I am 9 months pregnant and my grandma is elderly. I would not ever advise anyone to eat here.

I am overly exhausted with the constant rude and disrespect from the lady who's answers the phone taking orders. Tasking up prices, yelling in my ear on the phone after I ask a simple question, and giving the worst attitude is not acceptable. Let's be real, there are plenty of carry outs in the area, I don't need the drama and I don't have to spend my money where I feel disrespected. I am actually from this area so I will tell everyone I know to NOT purchase anything from your business. Word of mouth can help or hurt business so good luck and I will be very adamant with the Better Business Bureau to be sure they do an extensive investigation on your business. Here's a tip, get a better phone operator.
